Sessions are 50 minutes at £45  online or by telephone.

I offer open-ended therapy so there is no limit to the number of sessions.

Usually, sessions are weekly or every two weeks.

​

Therapy is different for everyone and perhaps influenced by financial situations or time restraints. We can work together on finding what works best for you. We will review our work together at regular intervals to ensure your needs are being met.

Payments are made by BACS which need to be made before the start of the session.
